Delivery of the 50th Bladerider

MELBOURNE , AUSTRALIA - September 03, 2007

Bladerider International, a leading manufacturer of extreme sailing products, today announced that it has shipped the 50th Bladerider X8 to a customer in Sydney. Notably in the same shipment, the 51st boat was sent to Ernesto Bertarelli, the CEO of Swiss America's Cup Team - Alinghi.

Of the first 50 boats, 50% of sales have been to Europe and 20% to US.

Production of Bladeriders has been steady through this quarter with an average of over 12 boats a month being manufactured. This is expected to increase to 20 boats a month next quarter.

The Company continued to enjoy steady growth around the world. Much of the company's worldwide growth was buoyed by strong sales in Europe . On average customers are waiting about 2 months from initial order. However, this is likely to increase as European and US customers start to order their Bladeriders for delivery in March or April for the start of next year's sailing season. The company expects all the boats that will be manufactured in the first quarter next year will be pre-sold by the end of November

Bladerider International continues to invest in R&D. Bladerider International has made changes to the manufacturing methods to improve strength of components. In particular, there has been a problem with the front vertical foil. When built correctly it was strong, but in a production line we were not able to get consistent quality. So we have improved the lay up procedure and process.
