Q. Does the company have a dividend policy?
A. The Company does not intend to pay dividends for the year ending 30 June 2008. Any future determination as to the payment of dividends by the Company will be at the discretion of the directors and will depend upon the availability of distribution earnings, the operating results and financial condition of the Company, future capital requirements, general business and other factors considered relevant by the directors. No assurances in relation to the payment of dividends, or the franking credits attached to such dividends, can be given.
Q. How often does Bladerider International report results?
A. The Company report results at the end of each financial year. However, shareholders will receive half year results.
Q. When does the financial year end?
A. The financial year ends on 30th June.
Q. Is Bladerider a public or privately held company?
A. Bladerider International is a privately held company. For further information contact Michael McAuley, CEO and Chairman.
Q. What is the status on Bladerider being accepted as an event in the Olympics?
A. There has been much discussion on this topic. Bladerider is being considered by ISAF for the Olympics. However, the IOC has requested ISAF to reduce the number of events, so it is unlikely that under this current restriction that Bladerider will be included for London 2012, however we will pursue the option to be considered for the 2016 Olympics.
